Refund Policy

Tennessee Knife Company wants every customer to be proud of the knife they receive. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help find a solution.

Unused knives may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the knife must be unused, unsharpened, unmodified, and returned in its original packaging with all included items.

Returned items must be in the same condition they were received.

All returns must be approved before being shipped back. Please contact Tennessee Knife Company before sending any item back.

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Once a return is received and inspected, Tennessee Knife Company will notify the customer whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Tennessee Knife Company.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

We will review the situation and determine whether a repair, replacement, refund, or other solution is appropriate.

Warranty claims are reviewed separately from standard returns. Tennessee Knife Company stands behind defects in workmanship and materials, but the warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, neglect, improper care, rust from lack of maintenance, normal wear, or modifications.
