Welcome to Tennessee Knife Company. By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting content, or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.
1. Use of Our Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website in any way that interferes with its operation, violates applicable law, infringes on the rights of others, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, customer accounts, systems, or data.
2. Age and Legal Responsibility
Tennessee Knife Company sells knives and related products. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, and use knives in your city, state, province, country, or other applicable jurisdiction.
You are responsible for knowing and following all laws that apply to your purchase, possession, carry, transport, and use of any knife or product purchased from Tennessee Knife Company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we believe the order may violate applicable law or these Terms.
3. Products, Availability, and Descriptions
We work to present our products, images, descriptions, pricing, and availability as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the website will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Product availability may change without notice. Limited releases, drops, and special runs may sell out quickly. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate pricing, product information, or availability issues.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, inventory availability, and fraud screening.
Once an order is placed, we may be unable to alter or cancel it. If you need help with an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees may apply and will be shown where applicable during checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times may vary based on destination, product availability, carrier service, and checkout selections.
Standard domestic shipping normally takes 3-5 days after an order is processed. International shipping times vary and are estimated at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, weather disruptions, or other events outside our control.
6. International Orders
International customers are responsible for complying with all import laws, customs rules, duties, taxes, and restrictions in their country. Tennessee Knife Company is not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, seized, or returned by customs or local authorities because of local laws or import restrictions.
7. Returns and Refunds
Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, with any tags still attached, and with original packaging included.
Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the returned item or items. Shipping charges, duties, taxes, or other fees may not be refundable unless required by law or approved by Tennessee Knife Company.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
