Tennessee Knife Company ships orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, production schedule, order volume, and carrier delays.
Order Processing
In-stock items typically ship as quickly as possible after the order is placed.
Made-to-order knives, limited-run knives, Founders Run knives, or special releases may require additional production or processing time. Any known lead time should be listed on the product page when applicable.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates may be calculated at checkout based on the order, destination, and selected shipping method.
Shipping Confirmation
Once an order ships, customers should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Tennessee Knife Company is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping provider.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact Tennessee Knife Company as soon as possible.
Tennessee Knife Company is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect customer-provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer did not receive it, the customer should first contact the shipping carrier. Tennessee Knife Company will review lost package situations on a case-by-case basis but is not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation.
Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, please contact Tennessee Knife Company as soon as possible with photos of the packaging, photos of the item, the order number, and a description of the issue.
Shipping Restrictions
Customers are responsible for knowing and following all local, state, and federal laws regarding knife ownership, possession, and delivery in their area.
Tennessee Knife Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where shipping restrictions, legal concerns, or safety concerns apply.
International Shipping
International shipping may not be available at launch. If international shipping is offered in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or restrictions that apply in their country.
